COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic FAQ

  • We are in-network with most health insurance plans for COVID vaccines except Cigna, TriCare and certain out-of-state Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. If you have an in-network health insurance plan, you must provide that information during registration. We will bill your insurance plan for your immunization following the clinic and you will not incur any out of pocket fees.

  • If you do not have an in-network health insurance plan, or are uninsured, you will select “out-of-pocket” during registration. You will be asked to pay up front at the time of immunization. Alternatively, uninsured patients may reach out to their local pharmacies to obtain a no-cost COVID immunization using the Bridge Access Program. Out-of-network patients are encouraged to seek out an in-network provider to receive their COVID vaccine at no-cost.

  • Seattle VNA is licensed to vaccinate individuals aged 5 years and older for COVID. You will be asked to choose an age group during registration (ages 5-11 or ages 12+). We do not offer COVID vaccines to individuals under the age of 5 years old.

  • You will be sent a unique registration link from your school or employer where you may schedule an appointment at your specific clinic. Appointments are available for scheduling in 15-minute increments during clinic hours. All patients will receive a confirmation email and reminder text message for their appointment.

  • If you cannot make your appointment, or miss your appointment, please cancel or reschedule via the confirmation email sent at the time of registration.

  • Family members and friends are welcome to accompany you to your appointment, but they will not receive an immunization unless they are registered themselves. All patients receiving an immunization must meet eligibility requirements and have their own separate registration in their name, with their information. Please inquire with your school or employer if family and friends are permitted to receive vaccinations at your designated on-site clinic.

  • For expedited service, please bring your unique confirmation code (included in your confirmation email), insurance card, and ID to your appointment.

  • We are providing the updated 2024-2025 Moderna COVID Vaccine, corresponding to the Omicron variant KP.2 of SARS-Cov-2.

  • For official proof of your COVID vaccination, please view your records at waverify.doh.wa.gov. Questions about records can be sent to info@seattlevna.com.
