COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic FAQ

  • We accept most health insurance plans for COVID vaccines except for Cigna, Kaiser, TriCare, and certain out-of-state Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. If you have health insurance, you must provide that information during registration. We will bill your insurance plan for your immunization, and you will not be charged or pay anything out of pocket.

  • Please use the scheduling button on our homepage, or visit schedule.seattlevna.com. If no appointments are available, please be patient. We will add additional appointments as vaccine supply allows.

  • If you do not have an accepted health insurance, or are uninsured, you will select “out-of-pocket” during registration. You will be asked to pay up-front at the time of immunization. Alternatively, you may reach out to your local pharmacies to obtain a no-cost COVID immunization using the Bridge Access Program.

  • If you cannot make your appointment, or miss your appointment, please cancel or reschedule via the confirmation email sent at the time of registration.

  • Seattle VNA is licensed to vaccinated individuals aged 5 years and older for COVID. You will be asked to choose an age group during registration (ages 5-11 or ages 12+). We do not offer COVID vaccines to individuals under the age of 5 years old.

  • Family members and friends are welcome to accompany you to your appointment, but they will not receive an immunization unless they are registered themselves. All patients receiving an immunization must meet eligibility requirements and have their own separate registration in their name, with their information.

  • For expedited service, please bring your unique confirmation code (included in your confirmation email), insurance card and ID to the appointment.

  • We are currently providing the Updated 2023-2024 Moderna COVID-19 vaccine that targets the XBB1.5 variant.

  • For official proof of vaccination, please view your records at waverify.doh.wa.gov.
